Fall Creek Remodel

This house by far is one of our favorites. The transformation was so satisfying. It is said that the log cabin dates back to the late 1800's. At some point in the 1960's two additions were added. This house is located in a floodplain so we opted to bypass all the legal and permit issues surrounding adding on in a flood plain. This forced us to be creative in re-evaluating the current space.

This house tested us in so many ways and everything was touched, but in the end the house ended up being a beauty and we walked away stronger.
